A Masters in Finance from the London Business School coupled with experience in private equity and management in Australia and the UK has provided Chris with the expertise to develop Cultivate's models and operational partnerships. Critical to the success in Australian agribusiness is the ability to connect with the farmer on-the-ground and Chris has the skillset to do just that. As a retired professional cricketer and current Chairman of Queensland Cricket, the art of connection and communication with people from all parts of Queensland is ingrained in Chris' professional methodology. As father to Evelyn, Victoria and Jack, building a sustainable and economically viable future is at the core of Chris' decision-making process.
